Set new challenges for yourself
If you've grown a bit weary of doing the same sport all the time, why not try something new to shake things up? Taking part in a triathlon, or training for one, perfect when you need a new challenge! If you're just getting started, know that anyone can do three sports one after another over short distances (300 m swim, 8 km cycle and 2.5 km run segments). It's a good way for beginners to try out all three sports at once with a minimum of training~
